For our Nigerian clients, we do have a seemless process in place making sure that veriifcation is done properly and effeciently.
1. After you create your broker account, you will be prompted to start your KYC Verification process.
Start your verification process and select Nigeria as your Country.
2. You will be requested to choose an account type. For the purpose of this guide, we will be proceeding with the personal option.
3. Afterwards, you will be requested to provide a vNIN. Virtual NIN or VNIN is a 16-digit set of alphanumeric characters which exist as a tokenised version of a user's NIN that can be used for verification without revealing the individual's original NIN itself. The VNIN feature can be accessed through the NIMC's MWS Mobile ID app.
As you can see from the screenshot provided, you have 2 ways to request the vNIN. Choose the most convenient option for you and generate the vNIN. Once you obtain it, kindly type in in the field below & select Submit data.
4. The System will automatically check the vNIN's eligibility & if it is correct, it will take you to complete your verification. Please follow the steps on the screen to complete the verification process and you are all set!
